Answers to the most common questions
The number of occupants must not exceed the amount stated in your reservation. Undeclared visitors may be turned away. Additionally, the average age of the group must be over 25 years old (children are excluded from this calculation). Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine of up to $500 may be imposed, and all smoking-related damages will be charged to the renter.
Conditions vary depending on the timeframe: for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Between 31 and 60 days, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund is granted. Please note that no refunds are possible during the holiday season (December/January). For Airbnb or VRBO reservations, the policy chosen at the time of booking applies.
The chalet must be left clean and tidy. Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and the cycle started before departure. Shoes must have been removed throughout the stay, and any breakage must be reported immediately.
