Policies and Regulations
These rules are designed to protect the premises, guests, and the environment, and apply to all of our properties.
Booking Policy
- A 50% deposit of the total amount is required upon reservation.
- Final balance due 15 days before arrival (card, bank transfer, or check).
- Security deposit pre-authorized upon arrival by the responsible party.
- Minimum deposit amount: $2000, which may vary depending on the length of your stay.
- Inspection before arrival and after departure.
- Damages or theft will be deducted from the deposit or charged to your card.
Booking Policies – Airbnb / VRBO
- All payments are processed through Airbnb or VRBO.
- AirCover protection for both the host and the traveler.
- Inspection before and after your stay.
- Damages or theft claims are handled directly through the platform.
Cancellation Policy
- 1 to 30 days before arrival: no refund.
- 31 to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
- More than 60 days: 15% cancellation fee.
- No refunds during the holiday season (December / January).
- For Airbnb and VRBO bookings, the policy selected at the time of reservation applies.
Responsibility
- Child supervision is the responsibility of parents.
- No lifeguard at the lake access.
- No refunds for service interruptions.
- Use of facilities is at the tenant's own risk.
- Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
Number and Age of Visitors
- The average age of the group must be over 25 (excluding children).
- The number of guests cannot exceed the amount stated in your reservation.
- Undeclared visitors may be denied entry.
- The number of people staying overnight must not exceed the chalet's capacity.
Force Majeure
- No breach of contract will occur in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
- This includes natural disasters, pandemics, conflicts, and service outages.
- The client will be informed in writing.
- Refunds or cancellations depend on the level of restrictions in place.
Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalets.
- Fines can be up to $500.
- Any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the renter.
Property-Specific Features
- Fireplace: Only natural wood is permitted.
- BBQ available with propane included; cleaning is required after use.
- Spa and Sauna: Any issues must be reported immediately.
- Pets are allowed with an additional fee, depending on the property.
- Damages or additional cleaning will be charged.
Property Maintenance
- The chalet must be kept clean throughout your stay.
- Shoes must be removed indoors.
- The chalet must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
- Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and the cycle started.
- Any breakages must be reported immediately.
Eviction
- Any violation of the regulations may result in immediate eviction.
- Eviction automatically terminates the rental agreement.
