The number of guests may not exceed the number specified in the reservation under any circumstances. Unregistered visitors may be refused entry. In addition, the average age of the group must be over 25 (children are not included in this calculation). Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine of up to $500 may be imposed, and the tenant will be billed for any damage caused by smoking.
The terms vary depending on the notice period: a 15% cancellation fee applies if cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival. Between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund is given. Please note that no refunds are available during the holiday season (December/January). For Airbnb or VRBO reservations, the policy selected at the time of booking applies.
The cottage must be left clean and tidy. Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and the cycle started before you leave. Shoes must have been removed at all times during your stay, and any breakages must have been reported immediately.
