Located in the beautiful Laurentian Mountains, there’s no better way to explore nature while staying in a luxurious, rustic property!
- Deposit for direct bookings: 50% of the total amount (excluding taxes) will be required at the time of booking.
- Payment procedure for the balance of your invoice: The balance of your invoice is due 15 days prior to your arrival date and must be paid by credit card.
- Security deposit: A pre-authorized security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit must be paid by the person named on the rental agreement. We do not accept multiple payments toward the security deposit.
- Self-check-in starting at 5:00 PM

- Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 48 hours in advance (please check your spam folder)
- A fee of $30 per person applies if there are more than 2 adults and/or more than 2 children (ages 12 and under)
- $50 cleaning fee per stay

- Cancellation Policy: A full refund is provided for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. For reservations made less than 30 days before check-in, a full refund is provided if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before check-in. Finally, a 50% refund of the reservation amount is available up to 7 days before check-in. After this 7-day period, no refund will be issued.
Parking is available on site. It’s best to have your own transportation to fully enjoy the Laurentians.

The number of guests may not exceed the number specified in the reservation under any circumstances. Unregistered visitors may be refused entry. In addition, the average age of the group must be over 25 (children are not included in this calculation). Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine of up to $500 may be imposed, and the tenant will be billed for any damage caused by smoking.
The terms vary depending on the notice period: a 15% cancellation fee applies if cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival. Between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund is given. Please note that no refunds are available during the holiday season (December/January). For Airbnb or VRBO reservations, the policy selected at the time of booking applies.
The cottage must be left clean and tidy. Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and the cycle started before you leave. Shoes must have been removed at all times during your stay, and any breakages must have been reported immediately.
