Policies and Regulations

These rules are designed to protect our facilities, guests, and the environment, and apply to all of our properties.

Reservation Policy
  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance is due 15 days before arrival (credit card, bank transfer, or check).
  • A security deposit must be preauthorized upon arrival by the person in charge.
  • Minimum deposit: $2,000, subject to change depending on the length of stay.
  • Inspection before arrival and after departure.
  • Damage or theft will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
Reservation Policies – Airbnb / VRBO
  • All payments are processed by Airbnb or VRBO.
  • AirCover protection for hosts and travelers.
  • Inspection before and after the stay.
  • Claims for damage or theft are filed directly through the platform.
Cancellation Policy
  • 1 to 30 days before arrival: no refund.
  • 31 to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • More than 60 days: 15% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds during the holiday season (December/January).
  • For Airbnb and VRBO, the policy selected at the time of booking applies.
Liability
  • Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
  • There are no lifeguards at the lake entrance.
  • No refunds for service outages.
  • Use of the facilities is at the tenant’s own risk.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  • Fireworks are prohibited.
Number and age of visitors
  • The average age of the group must be over 25 (excluding children).
  • The number of guests may not exceed the number listed on the reservation.
  • Unannounced visitors may be turned away.
  • The number of people staying overnight must not exceed the cabin's capacity.
Force majeure
  • No breach of contract in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
  • Includes natural disasters, pandemics, conflicts, and service outages.
  • The customer is notified in writing.
  • Refunds or cancellations depend on the level of restriction.
Smoking
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins.
  • A fine of up to $500.
  • Damage caused by tobacco use will be billed to the tenant.
Property-specific details
  • Fireplace: Only natural wood is permitted.
  • BBQ available with propane included; cleaning required after use.
  • Spa and sauna: Any issues must be reported immediately.
  • Pets are allowed for an additional fee, depending on the property.
  • Charges for damage or additional cleaning.
Property Maintenance
  • The cabin must be kept clean during your stay.
  • Please remove your shoes indoors.
  • The cabin must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
  • The dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and the cycle started.
  • Any breakage must be reported immediately.
Eviction
  • Any violation of the rules may result in immediate expulsion.
  • Eviction automatically terminates the lease agreement.
